Quote and Artwork Check

Send us your files or a quick brief and we will confirm size, quantity, paper or material, and colour expectations. Every order includes a free file check - if your artwork has bleed issues, low-resolution images, or RGB colours, we flag it before you pay anything. No surprise reprints.

Proof and Approval

Days 2 to 3

You receive a digital proof to review. For brand-critical work like product labels or real estate signage, we confirm colour matching against your brand guide before going to press. We do not start production until you approve - your sign-off protects you, and us, from costly mistakes.

Production

Days 3 to 5

Your order goes into production on calibrated equipment with proper colour management. One project manager, one timeline, one point of contact for everything from labels to large-format signage.

Pickup or Local Delivery

Days 5 to 7

Pickup from our Langley workshop, or we deliver locally across the Fraser Valley - White Rock to Hope. No east-coast shipping fees, no waiting five business days for a courier. Most orders are in your hands within a week of approval.

Yes, when our schedule allows. Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days. Rush options range from same-day for digital paper goods to 2 to 3 days for labels and small signage, with a rush surcharge. Tell us your deadline up front and we will confirm what is possible before we quote.

Generally yes. Most of the cost on a small print run is setup time, not material. If you are printing 50 labels of one design, you pay for one setup. If you are printing 50 labels each of three designs, you pay for one setup plus a small file-handling charge per design. Bundling new product launches together is the single best way to keep your per-piece price down.
