Discovery & Research

Week 1

We start with a brand strategy session where we learn everything about your business - who your customers are, what your competitors look like, and what feeling you want your brand to create. We also research your local market in the Fraser Valley to make sure your brand stands out in your specific industry and area.

Concept Development

Weeks 2-3

Our designers create 3 to 5 unique logo concepts based on everything we learned in discovery. Each concept comes with a short explanation of the thinking behind it. You review them, give feedback, and pick the direction you like best.

Refinement & Expansion

Weeks 3-4

We take your chosen concept and refine it based on your feedback. Once the logo is approved, we build out the full identity - colours, fonts, business cards, social media kit, and everything else in your package.

Delivery & Brand Guide

Week 5

You receive your complete brand asset package with every file format you'll need, plus a brand style guide that makes it easy for anyone to use your brand correctly. We also walk you through a brand rollout checklist so you know exactly how to start using everything.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most projects take 3 to 5 weeks from start to finish, depending on the package. The Starter package typically wraps up in 3 weeks, while Premium projects may take up to 5 weeks. Timely feedback on your end helps us stay on schedule.

It happens rarely, but if none of the initial concepts feel right, we'll have a follow-up conversation to understand what's missing and create a new round of concepts at no extra charge. Your satisfaction matters more than sticking to a rigid process.

Absolutely. Once your project is complete, you own the full rights to your logo and brand assets. Use them on anything - shirts, signs, trucks, packaging, whatever your business needs.

A logo is a great start, but it's only one piece. If your social media looks different from your website, which looks different from your business cards, a brand identity brings everything into alignment. Many of our Langley clients come to us specifically for this reason.

Yes. If you love your current logo but need everything else - colours, fonts, style guide, templates - we can build a full identity around your existing mark. We'll let you know if we think the logo needs tweaking to work well across all formats.

You'll get every format you're likely to need: AI and EPS for professional printers, SVG for web developers, PDF for general sharing, and PNG and JPG for everyday use. Everything is organized in clearly labelled folders.

Yes. For the Business and Premium packages, we offer a 50/50 payment structure - half upfront to start the project, and half upon delivery. For the Starter package, full payment is due at the start of the project.

All clients receive post-delivery support - the length depends on your package. After that period, hourly design support and maintenance retainers are available. Ask us about this during your consultation.
